Originally built as a paint factory, the facility was transformed into an event venue in 1995, when renowned Houston artist David Adickes breathed new life into the property, infusing it with his creativity and larger-than-life sculptures, including a towering statue of Sam Houston. In 2015, the venue was converted into a luxury event space.
